Nationals of
Australia, Canada, all EU countries, Israel, Japan, New Zealand,
Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and the USA can stay and study in
Greece for up to three months without a visa (90 days).
All other nationals will require a visa. For more information

A single room in
a modest hotel starts
at30-40 Euros per day but
off season you can often negotiate a better rate if staying for a month or
more. There is a great variety of
hotels (and prices) in the centre of Athens. The rooms are usually
air-conditioned. Please check the links on the right hand column
for more information.
Furnished Flats
Short rentals for a studio flat
start at
300
Euros
per month
and can go up to
750-800 Euros depending on the area of Athens and the time of the year.
The flat must be booked and prepaid at least one month in advance
of the start of the course. These rentals are for short stays only. For
longer periods (e.g. six months or a year)
rentals are usually lower.
StayInAthens
You can make your own booking online. Accommodation in these shared flats
is easier to find in the summer when Erasmus exchange students return
home. Check out availability of a room
